Australia seems to have excellent opportunities is certain cities and absolutely None in others. While pay is good, acquiring a permanent Visa and thus getting permanently hired by a firm isn't easy. You will have to find a job from different sites and all (And on your own), but these places are good enough to try from, that's why I suggested them. Be confident and you will succeed. Now a days, jobs on internet are searchable, just select trustworthy programs and present a good portfolio.

No, without prior work experience, you can apply to courses in Germany. But, for some courses, they do keep a requirement of minimum 1 year experience. It basically depends on the course. The main thing Universities look into is your GPA. If you have good GPA, then consider that your 50% of admission is assured. Rest depends on profile like skill sets developed, internships, projects handled and incase of some courses (the number of journals published)
In general, the Universities look into your GPA, your TOEFL/IELTS Score, Your SOP and LOR's obtained. If you have Good GRE score, it improves your chances. But, it is not mandatory. Also, having knowledge in German helps to increase your chances, especially in courses where there is German electives. You need B-1 level German.
