In 2014, Germany's 16 states abolished tuition fees for undergraduate students at all public German universities. This means that currently both domestic and international undergraduates at public universities in Germany can study for free, with just a small fee to cover administration and other costs per semester. This good fortune may not last however. In autumn 2017 the south-west state of Baden-Wrttemberg reintroduced tuition fees for non-EU students, and it's possible other states will follow suit in the coming years.

Hi Chinmay Bandekar,
If you wish to study in Germany, you need to learn German as most Bachelors courses are conducted in German language there. As per the internet research, Bachelors are the entrance degrees, Academic migration and the prevalence of English starts at the Masters level and is fairly complete at the Postdoctoral one.

The application process for MBA in Germany is based on the university you are applying for. In Germany, most of the universities teach in Germany language. If you want to pursue your MBA in German language then you need to get German language proficiency certificate by writing TestDaf or DSH (for international students)
