Hi Shadab,
With 10 years work experience, you should look for E-MBA. Nevertheless, take your GMAT and IELTS to apply to MBA programs in Germany. A GMAT of atleast 700 is recommended. You must also submit very strong MBA essays, LORs, etc. Knowledge of German language is recommended.

Hi,
Yes, education is almost free particularly undergraduate education. MS programs are also very affordable and sometimes free depending on the university. Having said that admissions are equally competitive and you must be a top ranked student to be considered by the free universities. read more here:

Hi Satya, MBA programmes are designed for working professionals hence you will require 2 -3 years work experience before applying to an MBA program either in Germany or anywhere in the world except India. MS programs on the other hand could be pursued by freshers and contains more theory than case studies as compared to an MBA.

It is difficult to get job in German companies just based on your B.Tech Mechanical engineering degree. You have following options to get job in Germany: (a) Gain sufficient experience and niche skills (b) Do MS in any of the German University (c) Join any German company with facilities in India and seek transfer to parent company based on your performance.

In Germany, education is free but you need to study in German language. You need to give German language test as Germany has very good technical education if you know German then go for it.
