Germany is a leading country for pursuing automobile engineering with job prospects. Although, the wait period is high, Germany is liberal in granting work visa and nationality to students who completed their education from a German university.

Dear Aditi,
You can go for Bachelor's degree but not for Master's degree programme. A Diploma does not make you eligible to pursue Master's degree. Your Bachelor's degree in arts doesn't hold any value for computer studies.

Hi Guru Prasad,
The main criteria is to complete your Bachelor degree with very good grades. German universities only accept a brilliant students. Along with it, you must have a strong research profile. Take IELTS too. You can consider taking GATE but not compulsory.
