Try in Australia and New Zealand. Chances are minimum in Canada and Germany, universities here are very competitive and more than 75% is required.

In Germany, every university is autonomous. This means that every university / study programme has its own set of criteria for admitting students. So, please check the university website, and specifically the programme you are interested in to find out the exact admission requirements.
Some generalization is, however, possible and one can say that as a four-year Bachelo

You don't have to write the LOR. The LOR will be submitted by your professors, etc. recommending you for the candidature. The format is given by the universities.

Germany is indeed a good place to study MBBS. Though public universities in Germany teach MBBS only in German language. For that you need to first apply for a pathway program of 1year and clear german language exams. It will take more time and is quite challenging.
There are some drawbacks as well when you study your entire course in German language you may find it difficult to associate medical terminologies in English. This will be an issue as most licensure exams in India or USA etc. are in English. So it is advisable to study in Germany if you want to make a career there itself.
I suggest choose some top medical universiti

The Indian MBBS is called MD in Germany. You cannot apply to any Bachelor degree program in Germany after 12th. An additional year of schooling is required. You may enroll into a Bachelor degree program in biological science and complete the first year with good grades or it will be best if you enroll into Studienkolleg in Germany. Studienkolleg will itself train you academically to be eligible for further studies in Germany. Check DAAD website and contact them.

It is difficult to specify a name since every university has different admission requirements. You must also keep in mind the number and nature of applicants that is your competitors. Your profile seems to be quite good but 72% is not enough for a free university like TU Berlin or TU Munich but you should try applying. Prepare a very strong SOP. Check universities like RWTH Aachen ( very competitive), Westcoast University of Applied Sciences, University of Applied Sciences Darmstadt, University of Duisburg, Chemnitz University of Technology and Esslingen University of Applied Sciences. These are free but do enquire and confirm agai

You have to take your IELTS or TOEFL to meet English language requirements. GATE or GRE is not compulsory but you may choose to give. Also, I will recommend you take a German language certification though most MS classes are held in English it will give you an edge if you already know the language. You must also have a strong SOP, LORs, research oriented project works, etc.
