Hi Rahul,
To study in Germany you must complete 13 years education. So after your 12th, an additional year of education or schooling is required. This you can meet by enrolling in a Bachelor's degree program and completing the first year with very good grades. Alternatively, you can clear the JEE Advanced and be eligible to apply to Bachelor degree programs in Germany. Leading universities are HTW Berlin. TU Mnchen, Hamburg University of Technology, RWTH Aachen University, the University of Stuttgart to name a few. Refer to the DAAD website too for studying in Germany.

Hi Diptopriyo,
It is difficult to specify particular college or university names. Every university has different admission requirements, also there are additional requirements you must meet. You must take the IELTS or TOEFL to meet English language requirements. Bachelor degree courses are taught in German language mostly so you must earn a A2 or B1 level certification or take the TestDaf. You can check here for a clear idea:

Hi Jitin,
Without a mechanical engineering degree you cannot pursue automobile engineering. More so you have a work experience in S/w engineering making your profile unsuitable for further studies related to mechanical sciences. But check for MS in Computer-aided Analysis and Design. RWTH Aachen the leading university in Germany offers a Master's program in Computer Aided Conception and Production in Mechanical Engineering program but they also prefer students with related degrees. Please check with them directly. Check similar programs in India as well.

Hi,
With 65% it will be difficult to get admission in German universities. When you talk about the best universities its the TU9 universities for which you must have around 90%. However check this if you can find options

Hi Satyajeet,
Since Diplomas are not accepted by German universities, you cannot apply to a Bachelor's degree directly. To be eligible, you can enrol for a Bachelor's degree in India and complete the first year but with very good grades. On completion of the first year, you can apply to Bachelor's degree in Germany. You must also learn German language and take the IELTS too.
