Hey Sachin,
Universities in Germany are very competitive. With 67%, its going to be very tough as most of them prefer students with more than 80%. You should however try applying, taking your IELTS, learingn German language as most Bachelor degree courses are offered in German language only.

Hi,
The two-year programme is ideal for students who have lesser work experience as it offers internship opportunities by the end of the first year and also for those who look for a significant shift in the industry and functional area. On the other hand, those with prior experience may prefer the one-year programme since they may want to leverage their significant work experience and lower opportunity cost of the break from work.

The major benefit you get from these countries is tuition fee, which is comparatively lower than other countries like UK, USA, etc. But, the major constraint is the language. Germany is a much better option as you are from mechanical background.

Hi Mrinalini,
Diplomas are not accepted by German universities. He would also require 13 years of education. As per German educational requirement, an applicant has to complete 13 years education before applying for a Bachelor's degree. He can enroll into an undergraduate program in India and complete the first year, after which he can start applying to German Universities. He needs to learn German language and clear IELTS exam.

In India, majority of fresher recruitment is via campus placement. Students who do not get placed during campus placement drives struggle to find suitable jobs. You will face similar challenges in getting a direct job in India after completing B.Tech in Germany.
