Hi,
If you want to pursue MS in Germany you need to:
1. Appear for IELTS (score 6 band or above) or TOEFL (score 90 marks).
2. Appear for GRE (optional).
3. Focus on your internship and project work.
4. Strong recommendation letters from teachers.
5. Though, language is not compulsory for MS, but do learn language and give its perspective test.

You have a very good profile and the chances are very high. I will also advice you to learn German language. Though, it is not compulsory for MS students, but it is highly recommended. You must also take the IELTS exam. Your internship and project work, reference letters from teachers, statement of interest will be very important.
