It entirely depends on your skills and academic grades. Apart from these, your internship/project work, research work, prior work experience and additional skills will be influential.

Hello Neha,
When it comes to wind engineering, USA is one of the top most countries, but getting a job itself is difficult in US. You can apply after gaining few years of experience. You should look for opportunities in Germany, Netherlands, France, Denmark and Spain to name a few.
The opportunities are diverse, you can land up in roles involving manufacturing, project development, testing, troubleshooting, R&D work which involves design and development of wind turbines, etc.

In my opinion, you can consider University of Alberta - Canada. It will cost you up to Rs.14 to Rs.15 lakhs per year including other expenses.

MS CSE in Germany is better in comparison to MS in USA universities because expenses to study in Germany are much lesser. Also, Germany is more liberal in work visa for those who graduates from German Universities in comparison to USA. USA H1 visa is based on lottery system and there is no guarantee that student will be able to work there for long time.

The fees will be around 12-25 lakhs if you go for UK. Indian government doesn't provide any scholarship but the university where you will study may provide you some scholarship only if you get good marks or a good entrance score.

Hi,
Germany gives free education and you class 12th scores will not matter. You just need to score good marks in ILETS and TOFEL, etc.
Best of luck.
