Hi,
Yes, you can. Eligibility is the same. You need to have completed your graduation from recognized Indian University. 4 years of graduation is required. A few years of work experience would also help. Here's a link that should help you get relevant information:

With 57% marks in graduation, you have very limited chances in getting admission to a good German university. I would suggest you to prepare well for GATE examination and based on your success, evaluate different Institutes and specialization.

Its better if you get experience there in germany. Do not opt for pay but rather, do PhD and you will get more fundings then pay and come back to India to start up your own research lab, company or faculty position in Indian university. Its good to go to Germany for pursuing higher education. Check DAAD agency and Hamilton agency.

Hi Snigdha,
No, while all bachelor programs are free in German Public Universities, many Master's program may have a nominal fee. However, most of the MS programs do not have a tuition fee. This does not mean it is free. There are other fees like accommodation, university semester fee, etc. This is rather nominal.
Also, many universities accept GATE and some even require it mandatory. Others require a GRE score. Basically, it would depend on the course and the university.

There seems to be some error. Would surely get it rectified. Meanwhile, please note that living expense is about 600 euros a month. Tuition is free but there is a basic semester fee you need to pay to university. There is also the health insurance.

Hi Shaarang,
If you are looking at German Public Universities, you would need 14 years of education to get admission in their Masters program. Also, your percentage is a bit on the lower side. You can try some of the public universities like EU Business School. Here's a link to help you understand the eligibility and process for Germany, hope it helps
