You are not eligible for German Universities. You require 13 years of education.for USA, SATs are mandatory. If your SAT score is good, you need not worry too much about your school grades. They would be considered but not the only criteria for your application.

You can apply and there is good scope for professionals in the domain in both Germany and USA. You can also look at France for prospects.

You have mixed your exams. TMS would be required.JEE Mains is not acceptable.JEE Advanced is.for Bachelors of Science . Here is an article to give you some insight
