MIM programs just like MBAs are postgraduate degrees in general management. As such, they require an academic degree first. Another difference is that MBA programs require several years of business experience whereas MIMs target graduates with less than a year or even no time at all in a job.

Hi Akash,
Since Germany provides free education so it is good to have a degree from German university, but the scope in financial sector is not very good there. But you can still land into a good job if you perform very well there.
