Clubs are an important aspect of the leadership development process and give students real experiences where they can plan, organize and independently manage activities. GIBS offers a variety of different types of clubs (academic, cultural, marketing, finance, human resource management (HRM) and entrepreneurship) that provide students with the opportunity to develop responsibility by conducting events, coordinating with teammates, and managing budgets, and working with industry guests within their community. Through this hands-on experience, students also build decision-making capabilities, develop teamwork, and improve their communication and problem-solving skills as well as their time management skills. As students engage with their peers through leading initiatives and working on diverse teams, they will gain confidence and practical leadership experience that will prepare them for a career in a management position within the corporate world.

The GIBS MindValley Campus is a place where students can learn through experience by providing them with an environment that is balanced between academics, practical experiences, and personal development. The IRE (Innovation, Research & Entrepreneurship) programs are established by the Graduate Institute of Business Studies (GIBS) where students can participate in the creation of new business/startup ideas, researching specific industries/businesses to enhance knowledge and understanding regarding specific businesses.

Innovation labs, creativity rooms and project spaces were built to give students a place to develop their ideas and experiment with new concepts.

2. Industry Exposure Opportunities

Through guest lectures, corporate presentations, company visits, live projects, and internships, students interact with the business environment on a regular basis. These opportunities provide practical examples of the real world challenges that exist in the successful operations of various industries.

3. Leadership Development Activities.
