GIBS Business School Eligibility

Admission to GIBS Business School, Bangalore requires candidates to submit the forms along with all essential academic and identification documents. Documents such as 10th and 12th mark sheets, Graduation mark sheets for all semesters, Entrance exam scorecard (CAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT, ATMA or GMAT), Transfer and migration certificate, Caste or Income certificate, and Passport size photographs are required. A provisional certificate is accepted in case the final degree is not received yet. GIBS accepts both online and offline applications; candidates can either submit an online application form by uploading all the scanned documents and paying the application fee digitally or send an offline application with the filled application form, necessary documents, and a demand draft in the name of “Goyal Educational Trust” to the institute's admission office.

4. AICTE/UGC Norms: The selection ensures candidates meet regulatory standards, which include:

   • A National Eligibility Test (NET) or equivalent qualification for entry-level positions (unless a Ph.D. is held).

• Bachelor's Degree: Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree (10+2+3 or 10+2+4 format) in any discipline from a university or institution recognized by the AICTE, UGC, or AIU.
• Minimum Marks: A minimum aggregate of 50% marks in the bachelor's degree is required for general category candidates.
  • Relaxations in the minimum percentage may be available for candidates from reserved categories (e.g., 45% for SC/ST/PwD candidates).
• Final-Year Students: Students in their final year of graduation are also eligible to apply, provided they can submit their final degree and mark sheets within the stipulated deadline set by the institution.
