Yes, GIBS Bangalore's curriculum strongly emphasizes experiential learning through live projects and company visits.  

Students regularly tour a variety of workspace/industries and are introduced to the culture that exists within these companies. 

• Live Projects provide students with real business challenges from corporate partners to give them the ability to apply what they have learned in the classroom to actual business situations.  
• Students are provided with opportunities to develop their professional skills while obtaining internship experience through GIBS Corporate Internship Program.  
• Guest Lecturers and Workshops are frequently held and allow students to hear from business leaders and industry professionals on the most relevant market trends and have the opportunity to network.
• Through Case Studies and Business Simulations, students will build analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities, enhance their ability to make sound decisions, and support their professional development.
• Experiences through GIBS' IRE and (CPMP) give students hands-on experience to support their job readiness and provide a positive foundation for employment.

The student enrollment at GIBS Business School is really based on the programme and the type of student being enrolled, but as an average number you can expect:

• PGDM: Between 240–300 a year (most commonly reported numbers are either 240 or 300)
• BBA: Approximately 180

When you add these together, the average number of students admitted to both programs every year is:

• PGDM: 250–300
• BBA: 180

The size of these admissions allows GIBS to have a good level of involvement in the classroom, as well as allowing the students access to an adequate amount of exposure to business through industry visits, club activities, internships and placements while still ensuring an adequate level of interaction with the teaching faculty.
