Instead of putting students in high-pressure situations as soon as they enter college, these types of events provide a comfortable and supportive environment in which students interact with leaders, company founders, and professors on a more informal but still meaningful level. Students are encouraged to step outside of their comfort zone through participation in panel discussions and listening to the entrepreneurial experiences of others, asking questions during Q&A sessions, and even hosting and/or moderating various segments of events. GIBS Business School, Bangalore, offers the Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) programme. All applicants must meet the following criteria to qualify for admission to the PGDM programme at GIBS Business School:

Education: Applicants must have completed their Bachelor's Degree from a recognised college/university.

Minimum Mark Requirement: Applicants must typically have achieved a minimum of 50% overall marks in their Bachelor's Degree (or 45% for applicants in a reserved category).

Final Year Students: Final year students can also be considered if they will complete their Bachelor's Degree and meet the minimum eligibility criteria before the start of the programme.

Entrance Examination Score: GIBS accepts valid scores from the national level management entrance examinations, such as CAT, MAT, CMAT, XAT, ATMA, and GMAT, as part of the selection process.
