• Online/Offline Application: Candidates must fill out the application form, which is available on the official GIBS website or can be collected in person from the campus.
• Payment of Application Fee: A non-refundable application fee is required, payable online (credit card, debit card, net banking) or through other specified methods.
• Document Upload: Submit required documents, including academic transcripts, entrance exam scores (for PGDM/MBA), a Statement of Purpose (SOP), and a recent photograph. 

• Candidates for the PGDM/MBA program must have a valid score from one of the recognized entrance exams such as CAT, XAT, MAT, CMAT, ATMA, GMAT, or KMAT.
• BBA applicants do not typically require these scores. 

• Based on academic performance, entrance exam scores (for PGDM/MBA), and the submitted application/SOP, candidates are shortlisted for the next stages of the selection process.

• Group Discussion (GD): Candidates participate in a group discussion to assess their communication skills, teamwork, and critical thinking.
• Personal Interview (PI): Candidates have a one-on-one interview with faculty/admission panel members to assess their personality, goals, and suitability for the program. 

• The final selection is based on a cumulative score combining academic performance, entrance exam scores (for PGDM/MBA), work experience (if any), and performance in the GD/PI rounds.
• Successful candidates receive a formal Offer of Admission via email and/or post. 

• Candidates must accept the offer within the specified deadline.
• To confirm their seat, they need to pay the first installment of the course fees.
• Submit all original documents for verification at the time of admission or as advised by the administration. 

• Visit the official website: Candidates need to go to the official GIBS admission portal at admission.gibsbschool.com.
• Register and fill the form: Register with a valid email ID and phone number, then complete the online application form with personal and academic details.
• Upload documents: Upload all required documents, including mark sheets (10th, 12th, and graduation for PGDM/MBA), ID proof, and photographs.
• Pay the application fee: Pay the specified application fee online (e.g., INR 950 for PGDM/MBA, INR 750 for BBA).
• Submit: Finalize and submit the application form. 

• For PGDM/MBA: Candidates must have a valid score from a national-level entrance exam (CAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT, ATMA, GMAT, or State CET). Shortlisting is based on a composite score that includes exam scores (20% weightage), academic performance (20% weightage), work experience (10% weightage), and extracurricular activities/diversity (10% weightage). Shortlisted candidates may also be required to write a Statement of Purpose (SOP).
• For BBA: Selection is primarily merit-based on academic performance in Class 10 and 12, followed by a Personal Interview.

• Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI): Shortlisted candidates for PGDM/MBA are invited for a GD and PI session, either online or on campus. This stage carries a significant 40% weightage in the final selection. BBA candidates go through a personal interview.
• Evaluation: The performance in these rounds is evaluated to assess communication skills, aptitude, motivation, and overall fit for the program. 

• Offer Letter: Successful candidates receive an official offer letter via email.
• Admission Confirmation: To confirm their seat, candidates must complete the document verification process and pay the initial admission/registration fee before the given deadline.

With a proactive, respectful, and open-minded disposition, I would help establish a lively campus atmosphere for peers to feel inspired to learn, connect, and prepare for successful careers in the business and entrepreneurial sectors.

I am interested in attending GIBS Business School because of its emphasis on academics and real-world experiences. The focus on innovation, leadership, and entrepreneurship through programs like the Finishing School and Innovation Lab are very appealing factors. I am attracted to the emphasis on learning by doing, live projects, and extensive industry collaborations to develop student confidence and capacity for real-world contexts. The campus culture focuses on student development, confidence building, and thinking like a successful real-world business person. GIBS will facilitate the development of my mindset and the necessary capacities to be successful in a competitive business environment. It is not just about obtaining a degree, it is about generating a competent job-ready professional.
