At GIBS, candidates can apply simultaneously for both the PGDM and BBA programme, each with different entry requirements. The BBA programme is open to anyone who has completed their 12th grade, whereas the PGDM programme requires applicants to possess a bachelor's degree and maintain a minimum score of 50%. Candidates who meet both requirements may apply for both programmes individually, with their applications assessed based on entrance exam results and academic performance as well as an interview. With this dual application process, students are able to evaluate more than one option prior to making their final decision; however, once

GIBS considers exam scores as an indication of a candidate's suitability for an MBA program, while GIBS also evaluates applicants' overall scores (percentile scores) rather than section cut-offs. Applicants who achieve the minimum cut-off (60–65 percentile) will be invited to participate in the next round of selection processes. The exam scores will serve as an initial screen to allow GIBS to assess the academic readiness of its MBA applicants for management studies and to provide a basis for a candidate's assessment via a combination of other assessment methods (group discussion, personal interview, and written assessment). Students accepted into the PGDM programme at GIBS Business School must possess an adequate academic foundation and an ample level of aptitude as demonstrated by the Previous Graduate Data Form. On CAT, the usual cutoff is approximately 60%-65%ile (lower than what top-tier IIMs require), but still allows for quality applicants to be accepted into GIBS PGDM program. On MAT, the last cutoff was between 65%-70%, and XAT is closely aligned (approximately 60%-65%ile) to this range of scores. For CMAT, the last cutoff was generally in the range of 65%-70%ile. The GMAT anticipated score range is around 500-550; which is in line with the percen

GIBS gives students a lot of global exposure in different ways. We get to attend sessions from international speakers, do certifications that are recognised worldwide, and sometimes even go on study tours abroad. GIBS also works with foreign universities, so we learn how business happens in other countries too.

Basically, the college makes sure we understand global trends, not just Indian business. It really helps us think bigger and prepare for international opportunities.

GIBS honestly keeps student life super active and supportive. It's not just classes all day — they make sure you learn, enjoy, and grow at the same time.

Student Support:
They take placements seriously — training starts from day one. Faculty are very friendly and guide you whenever you need help. You also get mentors, counselling support, workshops, soft skills sessions… basically, they make
