Studying at GIBS has been a good experience for me. The atmosphere is friendly, and the faculty is supportive, so you never feel like you're handling everything on your own.

Yes. GIBS is popular among MBA and PGDM aspirants because it offers a good balance of academics and practical learning. The college focuses on helping students build the skills needed for a successful career, along with classroom learning.
Even I chose GIBS for the same reason. I wanted a college where I could learn, improve my skills, and prepare myself for a good career. During my time here, I got opportunities to attend workshops, industry sessions, and different activities that helped me grow in confidence and gain practical knowledge.

The kind of success you can expect at GIBS really depends on how you make use of the opportunities, but the college definitely helps you grow in many ways.
For example, I was a very shy person when I joined. I wasn't confident enough to speak in front of people or participate in discussions. But over time, because of the presentations, workshops, mock interviews, guest sessions, and other activities at GIBS, my confidence improved a lot. Now I can speak comfortably, interact with people confidently, and I even got placed, which is something I'm really happy about.
It's not just about getting a job. You also grow as a person, improve your

Yes, I'd say it's worth considering. I studied at GIBS Bangalore, and I had a really good experience there.
What I liked was that it wasn't just about attending classes. Along with academics, we had internships, industry visits, guest lectures, workshops, and regular placement training, so there was always something new to learn.
For me, the biggest benefit was the exposure. I became more confident, improved my communication skills, and got a better understanding of how the corporate world works.
Of course, every student's experience can be different, but if you're looking for a college that gives you practical exposure along with academi

From what I know, GIBS Bangalore usually accepts applications until the available seats are filled, so it's always better to apply early instead of waiting till the last minute.
I'd suggest:
Apply as early as you can.
Keep all your documents ready.
Don't wait until the final deadline.
Once you apply, the admission team will guide you through the next steps.
When I applied, the process was quite smooth, and the admission team was helpful whenever I had any questions. If you're planning to join GIBS, I'd say don't delay your application because seats get filled as admissions progress.

Yes, I feel GIBS Bangalore gives students good exposure outside the classroom. It never felt like we were only studying from books. There was always something happening that helped us learn in a more practical way.
During my time there, I got to be a part of:
Internship opportunities.
Guest lectures by industry professionals.
Industry visits to different companies.
Workshops and interactive sessions.
Practical learning through different activities.
I personally attended a few industry visits, and those were some of the best learning experiences for me. It was completely different from learning in a classroom because we got to see how companie

One thing I liked about GIBS Bangalore was that the college always encouraged us to look beyond the classroom. It wasn't just about studying subjects—we were also exposed to how businesses work in different parts of the world.
We got to attend sessions with industry experts, interact with professionals from different backgrounds, and learn about what's happening in the global business world. Those interactions made learning much more interesting because we got to hear real experiences instead of just reading about them.
I personally felt these experiences helped me think a little bigger. They gave me a better understanding of how compa
