The GIBS IRE / GIBS Talks Podcast is a series of podcast episodes featuring practical conversations with industry leaders, startup founders, and business professionals about their journey through learning and developing their mindset, as well as the failures and successes they've had in the entrepreneurial aspect of their careers. Yes — at GIBS Business School, Bangalore, the faculty really guide students personally when it comes to things like internships, projects, and planning for higher studies.

Teachers at GIBS don't just teach in the classroom. They help students with:

  • Finding good internship opportunities

  • Giving advice on how to do project work well

  • Guiding career goals and future study plans

They stay approachable, share industry insights, and support students one‑on‑one so we can grow in our careers and academics. It's a part of the learning culture at GIBS that makes students feel more confident and prepared for what comes next.

I experienced that the year is always packed with different cultural, management, and sports activities. Cultural events added fun and celebration to campus life, with students getting chances to participate, perform, and enjoy together. Management events brought a learning side, where we got exposure to industry people, workshops, competitions, and practical sessions that helped us grow in confidence and communication. Sports activities kept everyone active and competitive, with both indoor and outdoor games happening from time to time. Overall, these events made college life at GIBS more lively, balanced, and enjoyable beyond regular
