From my experience, the academic environment at GIBS Bangalore is well-balanced. There is proper discipline on campus, like regular attendance, punctuality, and following academic schedules seriously. At the same time, it doesn't feel too strict or stressful. Everything is managed in a structured way, which actually helps us stay focused.

The workload is manageable. Yes, we have assignments, presentations, case studies, and projects, but they are given in a planned manner. It keeps us busy and active, but not overwhelmed. Personally, I feel it helps us build consistency and time management skills.
