Candidates are allowed to send free scores to five schools only once. After this, if they wish to send scores to other schools then they need to pay $35 per school. The fee, of $35 for an additional GMAT score report, is valid in the cases of online and offline GMAT both. On the day of the GMAT exam conducted at a test centre, students can send scores to 5 B-schools. In the case of the online GMAT exam, you are supposed to send your free scores to 5 programmes within 48 hours of its availability on the official website. Applicants can select up to 5 programmes that will receive official GMAT score report for no additional cost within 48 hours. Make sure that you have done sufficient research about the universities, programmes, career outcomes, etc. If you wish to send your GMAT score to more programmes, they can be sent by paying $35 per report. This is valid for both home testing and testing at an exam centre.

The candidates receive the GMAT Score Report after finishing the GMAT test within 1-3 days of the exam. The candidate will have the option of accepting it or rejecting it. In the case of accepting the result, the candidate and the institutes of choice can view the result; but if the candidate declines the result none of the parties will be able to view the GMAT result. Once the exam is over, candidates can download the non-official GMAT result.

Applicant applying for MBA course at the University of Calgary, it is necessary to have a GMAT score. The recommended minimum GMAT score at the University of Calgary is 550. In place of the GMAT score, students can submit an equivalent GRE score with high scores on both verbal and quantitative sub-components. It is recommended that students should be placed above the 70th percentile on overall test scores.

The University of San Francisco needs a GMAT / GRE score for MBA admission. But, the university has not mentioned the minimum score required for these tests. Apart from this, the applicants are required to have the following:
- Proof of funds
- English language proficiency score
- Academic transcripts
- Passport copy
