Scoring 700+ on the GMAT is possible. With the right approach, preparation, timely practice, consistency and the right resources one can score well on GMAT. Make sure that you refer to the right resources, stay disciplined, and attempt as many GMAT mock tests as possible. We sincerely suggest that you should complete the GMAT official guide and other GMAT official study material at least twice before your exams. Moreover, you can refer to Manhattan GMAT study guides. These books must form the base of your preparation.

GMAT scores can be sent in two ways to B-schools. In the case of the test centre GMAT exam, students can select up to 5 programmes to which they wish to apply without any additional cost. After this, every additional GMAT score report is chargeable at $35 each. In the case of an online GMAT exam, a candidate can send his/her scores to 5 B-Schools within 48 hours of receiving the official GMAT score. If he/she wants to send his/her GMAT scores to more B-Schools or programmes, every additional GMAT Score report shall be chargeable at $35 each. Anything above 650 can be considered a good GMAT score. If you are able to score above 700 then it is great. However, you need to set your target before giving the exam. So, check what is the score required to get into your dream college and aim for that. However, a good GMAT score is not the only criteria for your selection. It will definitely help you in your selection, but there are other application aspects that come into play. Other documents include an SOP, LORs, admission essays, resume, etc. Hence, you should aim to build a comprehensive and holistic profile.

The University of California Irvine has just stated that it requires GMAT score for MBA admission, the minimum score has not been mentioned. But, the entering class average score for GMAT is 675. Other factors that are considered for UCI MBA by the admission committee are:
- English language proficiency score
- GMAT score
- Undergraduate performance
- Work experience
- Recommendations
- Essays / Goals
- Fit for the program

International students who wish to study full-time MBA at Cranfield must submit the GMAT score to get into the university. The university welcomes students with Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) scores over 600. The average score for our Full-time MBA students is currently 680. You will need to contact GMAT directly to book an appointment to take the test.
