Indian Nusing Council has listed the elligibility for GNM as
- 10+2 with English and must have obtained a minimum of 40% at the qualifying examination and English individually for any recognized board.
- Candidates are also eligible from State Open School recognized by State Government and National Institute of Open School (NIOS) recognized by Central Government. However Science is preferable.
- 10+2 with English having 40% of marks in vocational ANM course from the school recognized by Indian Nursing council.
- 10+2 with English having 40% of marks in Vocational Stream-Health care Science from a recognized CBSE board/Centre

1. Check the eligibility criteria. The eligibility criteria for GNM admission in Kerala vary from college to college. However, in general, you must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognised board with Physics Chemistry Biology and English as compulsory subjects. You must also have a minimum of 50% aggregate marks for General Category and 45% aggregate marks for OBC and SC/ST Category. 2. Find a college that offers GNM course. There are many colleges in Kerala that offer GNM course. You can find a list of these colleges on the website of the Commissioner
