With 190 marks in NEET, getting admission to a government college for BPT will be a bit tough because the cutoff usually goes very high. The cutoff is always higher in government colleges due to strong competition. However, your scope would probably remain open in some private colleges or even deemed universities that take students according to scores in NEET.
You should, therefore, go through the cut-offs of various colleges in order to estimate the approximate cut-off marks required for admission to BPT courses. One may look at private institutions or lower-ranked government colleges. Admission consultants shall guide you accordingly.

Most of the Government Engineering Colleges in India could boast of good employment opportunities, but there is no assurance of 100% placement. The percentage of placement depends mostly on the branch of engineering, performance of the students, market conditions, and reputation of the college. While it might be high in the topmost branches such as Computer Science and Electronics, for other branches, it could be considerably low. Most colleges have placement cells; but 100% placement depends on the student's skill and the demand from the industry.

Government Engineering College, Bikaner, is reluctant to provide detailed information regarding specific scholarship programs at the UG level. Usually, government engineering colleges themselves provide scholarships on merit or financial grounds or any other scheme provided by the government. These include state or central government scholarships and even internal merit-based awards. Accurate information about the scholarships available at college, how one is considered for these programs, or the application process would best be found on their homepage or directly with the administrative office; this is most apt to supply current info

The MBA placements in Government Engineering College ECB, Bikaner are usually humble. The campus placement from this institution may not be that good when compared with other higher institutions, and so many students depend on the off-campus placement. The record of placement may vary, and high-profile recruiters turn out to be a little less. Although job opportunities do exist, they are not as much prolific or as well-paid as from top end MBA programs.

Yes, several government colleges in India offer admission to the Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) programme based on merit, usually calculated from your 12th grade Science stream marks, meaning admission is primarily merit-based and does not always require a separate entrance exam; however, it's important to check the specific admission criteria of each college you're interested in as some might have their own entrance tests.
