Once you clear the civil services examination and get the prestigious IAS services, you are allotted a state cadre where you work as a district collectorate or district magistrate. Can you please explain your question in detail, how is audiology connected with IAS services?

SSB interview is conducted by Services Selection Board for the recruitment of officers in Indian Navy, Indian Army and Indian Air Force. The SSB interview is a five days process with include two stage of testing. Stage I and Stage II. SSB is conducted for candidates who have cleared the written examination through UPSC such as CDS, NDA etc. or have come through different entry schemes such as AFCAT, UES, TES, TGC, etc.
Different Test Conducted by SSB:
Stage-I
Verbal and Non-Verbal Test
Picture Perception and Discussion Test
Once you qualify the Stage-I, then only you can appear for Stage-II.

As per the medical standard for the NDA examination, you will be eligible for Indian Navy and Indian Army but not Indian Air Force, provided you qualify the below-mentioned conditions:
1. A candidate should be able to read in a distant vision chart 6/6 in better eye and 6/9 in worse eye with or without glasses.
2. Myopia should not be more than 2.5 D and hypermetropia not more than 3.5 D including Astigmatism.
3. A candidate must have good binocular vision.
4. The colour vision standard will be (CPIII) for Army.
Vision standard for Naval candidates:
Uncorrected without glass 6/9
Corrected with glass 6/6
Limits of Myopia -0.75

Women can only apply for OTA through the CDS exam. As such, there is no restriction on the number of attempts for CDS examination and you can apply twice a year as per your age eligibility. The age limit under OTA is as follows:
