It needs around 4 months maximum but it depends on your ability and hard work. So try as soon as you can. Try 1 full mock in every 2 days as there are various TOEFL software available in internet. You can download them and start practicing. You can also get help from google play.

Your CGPA is enough to get admission in the best universities in Canada, so GRE is not required, but you can go for either TOEFL or IELTS, Canadian universities accept both the exams.
All the best.

If you score well in IELTS and GRE , you have chances, but it's tough to get admission ,most of the applicants have good marks ,they need 75% mainly ,try to search more safer universities in Canada, like Newfoundland, York, Victoria, Laval, etc.

I am going to spend two hours a night is well-intentioned, but unlikely to happen. Use only the official materials. There is only 1 published book for the GRE.

This is an ideal time to prepare, but you must be proactive as this is the application processing period already. You must also check if deadlines are available as for international students forms must have been submitted by now. It is better you target fall 2017 intake.

As per your graduation score, you have to appear for GRE. GRE is not mandatory for Canadian universities, but it is a profile booster.

Don't worry, you should put your name in GRE registration form as per your passport, don't fill up the middle name portion and you should include your middle name with your first name.
