Hi,
Which foreign university you will get is a tough question. You must decide which foreign country you are planning to apply to first and foremost. You haven't mentioned any of these here. Refer to QS world ranking to view the best universities for chemical engineering, visiting these university websites and checking the admission requirements will help you selecting your universities.
Take help of an overseas education consultancy to help you with the university selection process. Make sure you have your grades and test scores with you as without these shortlisting will be a difficult task.

Hi Nikunj,
GRE is not required to get admissions in German Universities. However, if your academics are average you can consider taking the GRE and a score of 310 and above is recommended. To give you a proper guidance, can you clarify what you want to study and also mention your education background?

The only skill requires is to practice. GRE is not a creativity test. You need to be good with English, reasoning, mathematics and so on. Go through the syllabus and specially work on your weak areas.

Hello arya, 302 is an average score, what about your AWA score, most students are get a problem on their GRE and TOEFL scores which are quite less than the university regulations, even 1 or 2 points are also take into consideration when getting an admission, in your case if you have good TOEFL score at least 100-105 and strong SOP, LOR letters and all supporting documents, you will definitely get a visa which you want to take the course and as you know getting visa or not its purely on the questions and answers you are taking there, I suggest you to approach a consultancy for this for the list of university selections and application p

Germany is the best choice if you are looking for quality education in a reasonable cost. Tuition fee is very low and they charge only semester fees. Living expenses are low as well.

PG Diploma courses in Canada do not require GRE scores. A GRE will help if you apply for a full fledged research oriented Master's.
