If you think you will achieve your goal after a drop then you should go for it. But if you have doubt about it, then you should not take the risk. And if you are getting Thapar, then go for it. Its fee is lesser than UPES and it has good placements as well. Thapar has its own reputation. After Thapar, I will prefer UPES.

Hi,
The comparison of courses which you have mentioned is a little odd. The most important thing is your interest. CCNA is a networking certification course, RHCE is Linux, and PHP is designed for development. If you are interested in networking as a career, then CCNA is the option whereas RHCE is good for Linux Admin/System Admin. Being honest with you, it's really difficult to suggest which course would help you to get an immediate job but I would suggest you go for CCNA. Also, I would strongly say that CCNA is a big course and basic concepts must be cleared.

Cyber security field is going to be a goldmine for jobs in India. There are too many threats existing and too few professionals to handle them. Everything is on computer these days, so every organisation will need a cyber protector. I would definitely recommend you enter in this field if you are interested. If you are near Maharashtra, I would suggest you to try CSSRL Pune. They have this unique style of training. They use practical hands-on approach. Also, there are a lot of IT companies in Pune so the exposure will be good.
All the best.
