The faculty should be good and institute should have actual devices to practice on, no simulators. You should try to get in touch with students and figure out, if they are satisfied. There are always one or two famous teacher in institute, make sure you join there batch.

It's good to know your quest for knowledge. I suggest that you obtain your diploma with good marks first, obtain employment and then look for different courses. There are plenty of courses to choose from.
