With your educational background, you can easily get job in any networking equipment manufacturing company development centre such as Cisco etc. Most of top MNC pick up freshers from campus recruitment. If you missed selection in campus placement then you may seek job through consultants, job portals or referral by your college alumni network. If you want to work in network operations then Networking Certifications such as CCNA is mandatory requirement.

Good or bad (according to the gender) is an another factor but what matters the most is your interest in that particular field. If you have an interest in that particular field then you can surely pursue it.

Hello,
I think you should prepare for all the exams. In government jobs exams or competitive exams, the syllabus is almost same. So, you can prepare at the same time for more than one exam.
If you want to work in Indian banks, then you can prepare for IBPS PO, SBI PO or RBI exams. You are from technical field, so you can also prepare for IBPS PO exam.
