Hi Ritik,
You could apply for Diploma courses.
As, now the registration for government colleges is closed, so you can apply for private colleges.
After completing your Diploma, you can study furthermore to complete your education through B.Tech in second year in college of your choice.

You are advised to pursue B.Tech Electronics to pursue your interest in computer after 10+2 Science stream with PCM subjects. You can also do BCA and Diploma courses in computer hardware to become computer hardware engineer.

Dear,
It is possible. Before starting you should have primary knowledge of computer hardware, basic knowledge of different topology through which computers are connected. you should know network Fundamentals like LAN, MAN, WAN. Have a primary idea on OSI layered architecture. Basic IP addressing scheme. It is not verify difficult. Collect a book on computer networking. Go through. Then, go for CCNA. I think if you have that sort keenness and you are sincere enough you must be succeeded.

Hi,
The faculty should be good and institute should have actual devices to practice on, no simulators. You should try to get in touch with students and figure out, if they are satisfied. There are always one or two famous teacher in institute, make sure you join there batch.
