I don't think that there are any colleges providing courses on ethical hacking. Still, if there are any colleges which provide courses on ethical hacking, I don't think that one should option for it.
Colleges, especially in India, provide a very formal and theoretical knowledge, which is not going to work in case of Hacking. Hacking is more of a mindset than a skill. If you have that Hacker mindset, then it doesn't matter that if there are any colleges for it or not. If you have that kind of mindset, then half the job is done, you now just need to harness it and let your curiosity lead you to improve your skill set. You have to read a lot, and practice a lot.
You need to practice a ton of practice. If you have that kind of mindset, you won't see anything else apart from hacking.
However, I do recommend you to clear you basics first, and then dive deep into Hacking culture. Don't try to skip the basics, otherwise you'll be a Script-kiddie.
And one more thing, don't enroll for any summer training in any institute. They will charge you a lot of money, and will teach you only the theoretical knowledge. Just save your money, and buy lots of books. And enroll in some good quality courses on the Internet which are free of cost.

I cannot predict whether the company will grant you an internship or not, but I can surely say that they will surely lodge a complaint against you and in no time, you will have the cops chasing you. To be an intern in a company, you need to respect the company's effort, the pain taken by the company owners to establish it, and its culture. Hacking into the company's website to seek an internship shows that you disrespect the company, threatening them to provide you a certain advantage and in this case, you are more likely to receive no as an answer even though how deserving you are.
Further, no company is interested in hiring hackers. They very well understand that hacking someone else's information could lead them to legal trouble, and they would not risk that. They are rather more interested in the counterpart of ethical hacking - known as Security Specialist Officers who deal with how they can secure the information and infrastructure of the company to ensure privacy and confidentiality of the information.

You should not get too fascinated with ethical hacker as they show in movies. Most of the institutes provide just a basic fancy certification course under the name of ethical hacking, just to attract students and earn more.
I would rather recommend you to go for security specialist professionals. These jobs are highly payable and in high demand as most companies need them to protect their own data.
You can go to some reputed computer training institutes like NIIT, etc. You can go for Java courses followed by networking courses and CCNA/ CCNB (CISCO) courses. After this, you can also option for CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker) certification courses, if you wish to.
You need to ensure that you pursue these courses alongside a degree course, BCA, B.Tech, B.Sc, etc. for better outcome.
Further, in no circumstances can this profession be served as on a self-employment basis. Pursuing this profession needs grants and license from the government, which is not given to individuals and are only provided to a few companies who satisfy certain prerequisites.

Ethical hacking is one of the tool set used to test how secure the network is and is generally employed by the enterprise. In this with all the current functionality ethical hackers try to control the network to test if there is any flaws in the system, and later fix them.
There are many courses available for the same. Ethical Hacker tries to get into the network without using any organisation power and passwords. They detect if any foreign element can use the system without concern. Later this is documented and fixed by the system engineers.

Most important to note about both of these certifications is that you're expected to already have proficiency in the areas of study they represent before you attempt to certify. They document your knowledge of vastly different technologies, so depending on what you already have knowledge of, you'll want to select accordingly when constructing your certification plan.
An MCITP (Microsoft Certified Information Technology Professional) focuses on any of several Microsoft server systems technologies, and documents knowledge of those products and their application in a business IT environment. The entry-level MCITP focuses on Windows Server and Active Directory (and related, commonly installed tools,) but there are several MCITP options (and growing regularly) that include Exchange Server, SQL Server, and Sharepoint, to name just a few. The difficulty of these exams varies widely, and your actual knowledge of the products will also play a role in how difficult you perceive these exams to be. In general, the more experience you have with the actual product the easier they will seem.
CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) focuses on networking concepts like OSI model, subnet math, Ethernet switching, routing, and a basic introduction to routing protocols and would be appropriate for a network admin with a couple years of experience who wanted to demonstrate proficiency in those areas. Relatively recently, many new CCNA options have been added, with the 'classic' CCNA having been renamed to 'CCNA: Routing & Switching'. There are also security and voice CCNA options, which, obviously, focus on network security and IP telephony. Which CCNA (or CCNAs, if you elect to get several) you choose to acquire should be based on what you know and what you're interested in. Like the Microsoft exams, any of the CCNAs require experience with the product, and in this case, I'd recommend extensive experience with the products, and an encyclopedic knowledge of subnet math before attempting any of them. All of the Cisco exams assume the student has the ability to do subnets (I.e. binary math) in their heads or with limited note-space, and will ask questions that you can't possibly answer correctly (without guessing) if you don't know how to calculate subnets in relatively short order.
Whichever you choose to pursue, make sure you have access to an adequate lab, have the official curriculum for the exam, and a good study guide to work through.

Let me understand your purpose behind asking this question since both the certifications are not in the same domain. While CCNA is an entry level Certification in Networking, OCJP (which used to be SCJP or JCP back in the late 90s.) is a decent Java programming certification. With OCJP you can get a decent job as a programmer with any small to medium sized organization. However, I can't say the same with confidence about CCNA.
Since both certifications are in completely non-related domains, it is really hard to compare both. What exactly is your purpose or intention? What is your ultimate goal? What do you believe you are good at & most importantly, interested in, viz. networking or programming? If problem-solving is your thing, I'd say go for OCJP, but if you are thrilled to work with routers & switches, go for CCNA. Make sure you don't stop after CCNA. You will have to upgrade to CCNP & then later on CCIE.

What is Certified Ethical Hacking?

However, I would strongly suggest if possible go for professional global certification those would help you a lot in IT and System. A couple of certifications are MSCE / MCSA / RHCE etc. These certifications are designed to educate you about Server-Client architecture. Also having networking knowledge will definitely lift you up to get better job and career scope, Therefore, CCNA /Comptia + certification you may grab.
