You can join BCA to learn programming languages. Not a lot of colleges teaches ethical hacking to their students. You might have to learn that from either online courses or other institutions.

There is no particular Undergraduate course in ethical hacking but there are large no of short term and long term courses.

Please pursue law and do specialisation in cyber crime. This will surely help you. Prepare for CLAT exam to get a good college.

Computer Science is the best option in this line of your choice with specialized courses in internet security and more.

If you are from a science background and want your career in computer Science, please do B.Tech CS instead of B.Sc. Hons CS!
There is no value of B.Sc. Hons CS eventually you will have to do M.Sc. Or MCA. Companies prefer B.Tech students over B.Sc/BCA/MCA/M.Sc students. Even if you get a job, the package will be low. After B.Sc. You will not be eligible for GATE. Now, if you are from a commerce background then do BCA instead of B.Sc. CS as it will give you more practical knowledge!
