Students are given admission directly into the second year of the four year degree course under what is called as the lateral mode of admission. Such lateral mode of admission in engineering is also given in many states for the candidates who have done their B.Sc. Also. However if you are intending to do B.Sc. In cyber security after completion of your Diploma then I am afraid this type of concession is not available to you.
