Brown University ranking among the National Universities in 2024 is around #13 and Harvard University ranked #3 according to the top ranking publishers while Shiksha Popularity Rankings gave Brown University an overall university grade of #33 and Harvard received the grading #4 but note that some other parameters need to be taken into consideration to determine which university is better like programs offered by the universities, the tuition fees, scholarships and internships offered, placement opportunities etc

Harvard and MIT are the top unis in the US and Harvard University acceptance rate is 3.41% so its slightly more tough to get into since in comparison MIT acceptance rate is 4.5%. Hence as a conclusion it is tougher to get into Harvard University.
