Nationality need not be the criteria to join Harvard University. See the eligibility criteria about the course you are looking in the university's website. If you qualify the criteria, then you can apply and get it. You need to prove your English proficiency through IELTS, and your academic performance.

Take GRE and build a wonderful profile by doing independent research. Gain relevant work experience, and do well in your undergraduate degree. After completing all this, apply to Harvard. The acceptance rate at the top colleges like Harvard, Stanford, MIT, and other Ivy league Colleges is very low. Less than 5% students who apply there get accepted. So make sure your profile is top-notch in every aspect. All the best.

Harvard is one of the top most schools, a high GMAT above 700 is recommended, around 2-3 years of work experience, outstanding academic percentile and performance are some of the criteria. They will evaluate your entire profile and not just one. If you want to get into Harvard prepare properly. Your personal statement, recommendation letter etc. Are also asked at the time of admission. For MBA they actually require an essay about your career plans, everything has to be really specific and you must explain why you want to do MBA. The essay seemingly is the most vital part.
