Hi Tanish,
There is no MBBS there, infact no university in US has an MBBS programme. If you want to study medicine you must first enroll into a Bachelor degree programme of four years in an US university preferably, take the MCAT and seek entry into a medical school. You have to take the SAT or ACT to be considered for admissions into a Bachelor course. And, for Harvard and Stanford, you have to an exceptionally bright student. Great academics and an all-rounder you have to be. Check their website and read about the admission process and preferences. Prepare likewise.

Hi, ISB won't. Harvard may accept if your profile is something extraordinary and unique among thousands of applicants who will most likely come from mid to senior level managerial roles. If you think you can compete with them, give a shot. Alternatively consider doing a MS Management programme from a top business school such as INSEAD, HEC Paris and so on.

Hi Raghavan,
The scores are good, it will depend on your overall profile now and your non-academic profile. If Harvard sees you fit as per their admission process you may have a chance. You must not only have good academics but must be an all-rounder and contributor.
