Hi Gajanan,
NIOS won't be a problem for you to pursue higher studies abroad. But there are certain requirements like taking a certain number of subjects for the 11th and 12th. Also you may inquire @ the university regarding the course structure of your preference, fees, etc.

I am assuming that your academics side is not very strong, hence I want to give you advice that work on your extra- curricular, like work for some NGOs, volunteer activities, participation in various activities, sports certificate etc. And, try to get good colleges IVYs are not the only good colleges.
