I will suggest you check their website and learn about the selection process and the kind of students they prefer, Prepare and build your profile accordingly. Tests typically included are SAT subject tests or ACT with writing. You must carry an extraordinary profile, demonstrate extracurricular activities and also your interest in astrophysics through projects, workshops and so on.

There is no MBBS there, infact no university in US has an MBBS programme. If you want to study medicine you must first enroll into a Bachelor degree programme of four years in an US university preferably, take the MCAT and seek entry into a medical school. You have to take the SAT or ACT to be considered for admissions into a Bachelor course. And, for Harvard and Stanford, you have to an exceptionally bright student. Great academics and an all-rounder you have to be. Check their website and read about the admission process and preferences. Prepare likewise.
