Your results from 10th to 12th obviously will matter and it will also depend on what you want to study. If you are planning for a Bachelor's degree these are important pointers but for Master's degree, your Bachelor degree marks will carry more weight.

In my view, being from a commerce background, I would recommend you take up B.Sc in Computer Science. Most of the universities might have the requirement of Maths in class 12 but there are few universities that offer foundation subjects as part of the undergraduate program.
