Take the SAT to be eligible for the admission process. A score of 1450 and above is recommended. Also, remember a good academic background won't guarantee admission to Harvard or any top ranked universities in the US. An all rounded profile is required. Check the Harvard website for full details.

Your results from 10th to 12th obviously will matter and it will also depend on what you want to study. If you are planning for a Bachelor's degree these are important pointers but for Master's degree, your Bachelor degree marks will carry more weight.

In my view, being from a commerce background, I would recommend you take up B.Sc in Computer Science. Most of the universities might have the requirement of Maths in class 12 but there are few universities that offer foundation subjects as part of the undergraduate program. I need further details on your academics to guide you further on available UK universities.
