No, this Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology (IHMCT) college does not have or guarantee 100 percent placements. But this college has placement rate of 90 percent from last few years which is considerable. It has a strong placement cell which have tie ups with top hospitality companies helps their students to securing jobs in well-known companies in the hospitality industry. This college has a number of recognised recruiters such as Le Meridien Hotels, The Leela Palaces, and Hycinth Hotels conducts campus interviews every year.

To get BHMCT (bachelor of hotel management and catering technology) at Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology, follow the below process

  • firstly, complete your intermediate with 50 percent aggregate marks from any state board or from any recognised board along with English as a mandatory subject
  • Later prepare for the entrance exam like MAH HM CET or MAH BHMCT CET and get a non zero score in the exam
  • Apply for BHMCT course in the college through counseling

No, you can not get direct admission to BHMCT course at Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology. Admission to the BHMCT course in this college is on the basis of entrance exams. The national-level entrance exam conducted for BHMCT admissions is NCHMCT JEE (National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology Joint Entrance Exam). The NCHMCT JEE or NCHM JEE is mainly conducted for admission to the Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology colleges in india. Finally, you can't get direct admission.

According to information available in the official website of the Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology college, for certificate courses in this college, there is no entrance exam for admission. If you meet the eligibility criteria, then you will easily get the admission in to this college. If you passed your 10th class with 45 percent aggregate marks and english as one of the subject. Then you are eligible for admission in this college. So, there is no cut off for this course in this college.
