With a marks of 540 out of 720 you will surely get a seat in a government medical college via your State quota. Though chances of fetching a seat via the AIQ is not impossible.

Yes IHM offers placement after Diploma courses but it depends on your college. So if you're going to pursue Diploma courses you have to be choose good college for it.
