As far as I remember the first place goes to Manipal welcome group Hotel which is one of the finest and it has given about 100% placements from past several years. You can go for SRM University and many others.

Unfortunately, there are a very few public universities in Germany which have hotel management course so I would simply suggest you go to go for a private university as it would be much better than doing a public university course.
