The Hospitality industry is one for the safest industries to work for. To begin with, there is a very high level of security in any well-known hotel and the government requires hotels to take down all personal details of all its patrons before giving them a room or any service. This psychology also would stop patrons from committing any crimes against the workers or staff of the hotel. Usually, hotels hiring female staff are luxurious big brand hotels and their level of security is way more than other normal hotels.
