NCHMCT JEE Application Process

The NCHMCT JEE 2026 application form can be submitted only in online mode through the official website.

How to Submit the Application Online?

• Visit the Official Website – nchmjee.nta.nic.in
• Register with your email ID & mobile number.
• Fill in the Application Form – Personal details, educational qualifications, etc.
• Upload Documents – Photograph, signature, and required certificates.
• Pay the Application Fee – Online payment via Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking, or UPI.
• Submit & Download Confirmation Page – Take a printout for future reference.

Important Notes:

• Offline submission (physical forms) is NOT accepted.
• No need to send hard copies to NTA.
• Ensure all details are correct before submission, as incorrect forms may get rejected.

• Disqualification: NTA may reject all your applications if multiple entries are detected.
• Application Cancellation: Your application might get canceled, and you won't receive an admit card.
•  Exam Restriction: You may be barred from appearing in the exam due to duplicate registrations.

Yes, you could make limited corrections to your NCHMCT JEE application form after submission. The National Testing Agency (NTA) will check the NCHMCT JEE correction window. Candidates can edit details in the application form during this period. 

To make corrections to NCHMCT JEE application form, candidates could follow these steps:

1. Visit the official NCHMCT JEE website, nchmjee.nta.nic.in and click on the "Application Form Correction" link.
2. Log in using your application number and password.
3. The application form will be displayed on the screen. Select the fields you want to edit and make the necessary changes.
4. Once you have made all the changes, click on the "Save" button.

candidates were not allowed to make any changes to the following fields:

• Candidate's name
• Father's name
• Mother's name
• Date of birth
• Category
• Nationality
• Email address
• Mobile number
• Exam center

The correction window was the only opportunity for candidates to make changes to their NCHMCT JEE application form. Once the correction window closed, no further changes were allowed.

To create a password for NCHMCT JEE 2025 Application Login, follow the below-mentioned steps: Visit the official website of NCHMCT JEE 2025 and click on the "Application Form" link. Click on the "New Registration" button and enter the required details such as name, date of birth, email id, mobile number, etc. Create a password as per the password policy mentioned on the website. The password should be a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters. It should be at least 8 characters long and not more than 13 characters. Re-enter the password in the confirmation field. Click on the "Submit" button to register. You will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number and email id. Enter the OTP to complete the registration process. After successful registration, log in to the application portal using your registered email id and password to complete the application process. It is recommended that you choose a strong and secure password that is difficult to guess or hack. Additionally, do not share your password with anyone, and keep it confidential and safe.
