The NCHMCT JEE 2026 application form can be submitted only in online mode through the official website.
How to Submit the Application Online?
- Visit the Official Website – nchmjee.nta.nic.in
- Register with your email ID & mobile number.
- Fill in the Application Form – Personal details, educational qualifications, etc.
- Upload Documents – Photograph, signature, and required certificates.
- Pay the Application Fee – Online payment via Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking, or UPI.
- Submit & Download Confirmation Page – Take a printout for future reference.
Important Notes:
- Offline submission (physical forms) is NOT accepted.

To apply for NCHMCT JEE 2026, you must meet the following academic requirements:

NCHMCT JEE 2024 Exam: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has started the NCHMCT JEE 2024 Application Process. By visiting the official website, nchmjee.nta.nic.in, candidates can submit their applications for the NCHMCT JEE 2024 Exam. The final date for NCHMCT JEE 2024 application submission was March 31, 2024. The NTA has also released the dates for NCHMCT JEE 2024. Candidates should be aware that May 11th, 2024, was when the NCHMCT JEE Exam will be held. According to the schedule, the NCHMCT JEE 2024 application form correction window was open from April 2, 2024 to April 5.
