Hi Vishwesh,
You can surely pursue Hotel Management as your career, but I believe that age will be a little drawback for sure, because your competitors will be between the age 23-24 mostly.

If you are specifically interested in culinary arts then go for BA in culinary arts but if you are not sure about the department then go for BHM because after doing BHM you can work in any of the 4 departments but after BA you need to stick with culinary arts only.

After class 12th, you can apply for Oberoi STEP, but your percentage should be above 60 percentage.

BBDU UG admission 2019:-
Admission to all Undergraduate courses at BBDU is done on the basis of merit in the qualifying exams. Candidates must have completed 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized board in order to apply. Counselling is done at the university level on the basis of a merit list.
Candidates can apply online only through the official website of BBDU. Students must have passed 10+2 standard for UG programmes & Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline for PG courses. Final selection will be given on the basis of candidates performance in the qualifying examination Candidates have to secure a good position in the merit list t

Maharashtra and an MBA in health care management programme both cover health care management, although the difference lies in the approach and focus of the courses. The MBA is a business degree with a health care specialization, while Maharashtra is a deeply engaging health care management degree. Hope this helps.
