As per the GNIHM prospectus, No age limit is defined for Diploma in Hotel and Hospitality Operation.

Yes, definitely, you can go for hotel management after BBA, but I would suggest you go for MBA which would boost your career and if you go for HM then it would cost you 3 extra years to complete your HM.
