You can take admission in IGNOU for the distance course minimum requirement is you should have completed your BSc from a reputed college or university.

I don't think there's any online degree for hotel management because this degree is all about practical and for the practical you have to be present physically.

If your Diploma is equal to XIIth class then you can opt for hotel management course. The best would be to browse some good college websites to check the eligibility for admission to hotel management. I know of LPU, it has mentioned the admission to different courses along with the eligibility for admission along with the scholarship for which you would be liable. So browse the college web sites like IHM PuSA, IIHM, LPU to find the best for yourself as B.Sc. Hotel management needs only XIIth pass with 50 % minimum. All the best !

You can choose any MBA course after completing your graduation. You can choose finance course too, but since you do not have any experience in that field you may find it a little difficult to understand. Still if you have interest in the course then you should go for MBA in finance. Interest and hard work always achieve a good success in life. The scholarship for which you might be eligible based on your score of last qualification.
If you belong to a category having some sort of concession.
If you have a national level award or national level test has been cleared your fee will differ from others.
