NCHMCT JEE Application Form 2023 is now available, as released on February 2, 2023. The application form of NHCM JEE 2023 is available at the official website - nchmjee.nta.nic.in. Candidates can register for NCHMCT JEE 2023 with their official name, contact details / address, category, PwD status, educational qualification details, and date of birth. The official link for NCHM JEE 2023 application window is also provided on the page below. NHMCT JEE 2023 applications is available till April 27, 2023. Check all details for NCHMCT JEE 2023 application form like how to apply, documents needed, fees, and more here.

To apply succesfully, candidates have to complete all steps including: 

  1. Registration,
  2. Form fill up,
  3. Uploading the scanned documents,
  4. Fee payment

After this, candidates can check their application status in their applicant account of NCHMCT JEE 2023. Candidates who have qualified or awaiting results of 10+2 examinations, can apply for NCHMCT JEE 2023 for admission in BSc (Hospitality & Hotel Administration) offered by the Institute of Hotel Management (IHM)

How to Fill NCHMCT JEE 2023 Application Form?

Check the step by step process to apply for NCHMCT JEE 2023:

Step-1: Online Registration

Candidates can register online for the hospitality entrance exam as under:

  • Candidate’s Name/ Mother’s Name/ Father’s Name: Provide Candidate’s Name, Mother’s Name, Father’s Name as given in the Secondary School Examination or equivalent Board/ University Certificate in capital letters. No prefix in the name of the candidate is allowed.
  • Date of Birth: dd/mm/yyyy Provide Candidate’s date of birth as recorded in Secondary School Examination or equivalent Board/ University Certificate.
  • Mobile Number and e-mail Address: Candidates must provide their own Mobile Number and e-mail address.
  • After registering note the application number that is system generated.

Step-2: Complete the Online Application Form

  • Fill category details
  • Fill address with PIN Code (Correspondence Address as well as Permanent Address)
  • Provide the choice of Cities for Examination Centres.

Step-3: Upload legible scanned images

  • Candidates have to upload the following scanned images. Read the specifications and scan the images as mentioned to upload them.
  1. A recent photograph (in jpg/ jpeg file, size 10Kb – 200Kb) either in colour or black & white with 80% face (without mask) visible including ears against white background
  2. Candidate’s signature (file size: 4kb - 30kb)
  3. PwD Certificate, if applicable (file size 50 kb-300 kb

Step-4: Pay the fee using the Payment Gateway

  • The payment gateway is integrated into the Online Application through Net Banking / Debit / Credit Card / UPI / Wallet/ Paytm.
  • Select anyone mode and pay the fee.
  •  Keep proof of fee paid safe with you.

Step-5: Print the acknowledgement form

  • After successful completion of Step-4, the Confirmation Page of the Application Form should be downloaded.
  • Take the printout of the same for future reference.
  • The Confirmation Page of the online Application Form could be generated only after successful payment by the Candidate.

Check List for Online NCHM JEE Application Form 2023

The candidates are advised to ensure the following points before submitting the Online Application Forms:

  1. Whether they fulfil the eligibility conditions for the Test as prescribed under the heading ‘Conditions of Eligibility’.
  2. That they have filled their gender and category viz General/OBC (Non-Creamy Layer)/SC/ ST/Gen-EWS/ Male/Female/Transgender, in the relevant column correctly.
  3. That they have filled the City of Examination in the relevant column correctly.
  4. That the Person with Disability (PwD) candidate has filled the relevant column in the Online Application Form. Only PwD candidates have to fill this column and the others have to leave it blank.
  5. Whether they have kept a Printout of Application Form (confirmation page) for their own record. 

NCHMCT JEE 2023 Application Fee

The candidates need to remit the application fee to complete and submit the application form. The NCHMCT JEE 2023 application process is successful only after the fee is paid. An acknowledgement form is generated on successful submission of the fee indicating submission of the online form.

Documents Needed for NCHMCT JEE 2023 Application Form

Candidates must be ready with the below-given things and documents before they start with the online application form:

  • A computer with proper internet connectivity
  • The particulars of a valid Government ID proof
  • The Date of Birth (as mentioned in Class X Board Certificate)
  • Govt Identity Details like Aadhaar Number (last 4 digits)/Election Card (EPIC No.)/Passport number/Ration Card Number/ Bank Account Number/PAN Number/ Other valid Govt IDs
  • Educational/Qualification details
  • Scanned clear passport photograph
  • Bank account details for payment of the fee
  • A valid e-mail Id as important communications will be made in this e-mail Id
  • A valid mobile number as important information via SMS will be sent to this number

  • Candidates are advised to take 6 to 8 passport size coloured photographs with white background.
  • The scanned clear passport photograph must have 80% face (without mask) visible including ears against a white background.

After Submitting the NCHM JEE Application Form 2023

Once the application form is submitted, make sure to do the following:

  • Take at least 4 printouts of the Confirmation Page of the Online Application Form.
  • Take the print of Proof of fee paid.
  • Keep photographs (same as uploaded on the Online Application Form) with you.

A few days later, as per the date announced by NTA, the candidate has to download the NCHMCT JEE 2023 admit card from the NTA website. Candidates have to appear for the examination at the given Centre on Date, timing and discipline as indicated in their admit card.

NTA will enable application correction facility for NCHMCT JEE before issuing admit card to candidates. The facility is enabled so that candidates can edit their details if incorrect before the last date. The details that can be corrected through the correction window are:

A. Yes, there is an age limit criteria for categories as under: 
  • Upper age limit for General, General (EWS) and OBC categories - 25 years as of July 01, 2023, ie, candidates born on or after July 01, 1997, are eligible
  • SC, ST candidates and Physically challenged candidates - 25 years as of July 01, 2023, ie, candidates born on or after July 01, 1995, are eligible

NCHMCT JEE 2023 exam pattern is such that the test paper is divided into five sections which are, Numerical Ability and Analytical Aptitude, Reasoning and Logical Deduction, General Knowledge & Current Affairs English Language and Aptitude for Service Sector. NCHMCT JEE is a 200 marks paper that consists of 200 objective types multiple-choice questions. NCHMCT JEE counselling process has three rounds. The exam was totals no is 200 and question is also 200 all is multiple choice question the exam divided in some topic like give as in upper side.

6. The English Language subject has the most weight in the NCHMCT JEE paper, with 60 marks.
7. As per the updated pattern, this paper is now conducted in the online computer-based test mode.
