I don't think there is any entrance exam for Diploma course in bakery and confectionery. The selection is made on the basis of marks obtained in class 12th. For more you can go through the following link:-

Unfortunately, all admission in IHM for their courses are purely based on the entrance exam. You will need to reappear for the exam.
