You can go for 4 year degree courses for the same, but you can also do 3 year degree programme but by other Institute.

Both BHM and BBA have their own career growth depending upon how good you do in your field, which entirely depends upon your learning about your field. NCHMCT JEE is for Bachelor's degree in hotel management, sorry this exam is not particularly for Diploma in bakery and confectionery.
